1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Holidays by Noudeal website and all bookings, reservations, purchases and services made through it.
Holidays by Noudeal is a travel brand and subsidiary of Hinata International Ltd, a licensed tour operator in Mauritius.
By accessing this website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Our Role
Holidays by Noudeal acts primarily as an intermediary and booking agent between customers and third-party suppliers, including hotels, activity providers, transport operators and tour operators.
The actual travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers, each subject to their own operational conditions.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
- A booking is considered confirmed only once full or agreed payment is received and a written confirmation (email, voucher or invoice) is issued.
- The booking confirmation constitutes proof of your contract.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where payment is not completed or information provided is inaccurate.
4. Prices & Payments
- Prices are displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices include applicable taxes unless specified.
- Prices may change prior to booking confirmation but will not change after confirmation.
- We strive for accuracy, but obvious pricing or description errors may be corrected, and you will be informed accordingly.
Payment must be made using the accepted payment methods indicated on our website or invoice.
5. Cancellation, Amendments & Refunds
Cancellation and amendment policies vary depending on the product and supplier.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking page or voucher:
- Cancellation fees may apply based on the date of cancellation.
- No-shows or late arrivals are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deduction of supplier and administrative charges.

6. Third-Party Suppliers
All services are subject to the terms, conditions and operational rules of the relevant third-party supplier.
Holidays by Noudeal shall not be responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;
- Changes, cancellations or service failures beyond our control;
- Force majeure events affecting service delivery.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have directly against the supplier under applicable law.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and booking information;
- Arriving on time and meeting supplier requirements;
- Ensuring suitability for activities (health, fitness, age requirements);
- Holding valid identification, tickets or vouchers.
Failure to comply may result in denial of service without refund.
8. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding and software, is the property of Hinata International Ltd or its licensors.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Unauthorised copying, modification or redistribution is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Mauritian law, Holidays by Noudeal and Hinata International Ltd shall not be liable for:

This clause does not exclude or limit liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
